Is one supposed to be getting level 1 girls on level 2? I was getting level 3 girls toward the end of level 1, then as soon as I made level 2 I am getting level 1 girls in group A.

Cheat mod button on OP page, download it. Put the files in your SMA game folder where the exe of the game is.
Load the game. Play the game/Interview and press M to open the monkey mod.
play around with the sliders, but most of all read the documentation of the assets tutorial if you want what they got.
