Ren'Py - Abandoned - Story [v0.3] [story and magic]

Review of version 0.2

This game is an "Isekai" as such it fallows the same rules. You'll get confronted with magic and other sentient species like elves, fairies etc...

This, and the potentiality of big adventure / exploration of this world a head.

As for the romances the dev allows you, since the very beginning, to commit and mean REALLY commit to at least one of the available characters, the future updates will say if it's a one-off but I doubt it.
A harem path seem feasible in the long run and monogamous might end up being rewarding to but that remain to be seen.

Visually it's not bad, models looks good and custom made but I could be mistaken. As of now there is no bimbo like characters only humanly feasible ones, proportion wise .
The environments are not the most detailed but they look good enough and there is good amount of animations already.
Truth be told that aspect scares me a bit, mainly because animations are time consuming render wise and since the game is nice I would like to not end up with another "One piece" like Vn pace wise but content wise I'm all for it .

In conclusion: Game good, you enjoy self and potentially repopulate earth (or were ever you currently are) .

Being a hero is tough .




Ps: As of now the game presents itself as a classical Vn yet there are elements IG that suggest a future implantations of sandbox like gameplay.

nice smoke and fire animation and nice environmental graphics, im little bid disspointed of lack of power pick with crystals or with lack of decision importance like for example training with bow wont impact u missing ur shot on dinosaur but i guess this is only beginning of this game and im waiting for more, for now i liked what i saw

The story premise is interesting, tough the writing could be more concise and less repetitive.

There is very little content right now, so I would recommend waiting a while before trying it out.

The sex minigame needs some work, it is uninteresting and slow.
It would probably be best to scrap it and instead give the player a couple of choices for what kind of scene they wish to watch, then letting them click trough at whatever pace they wish.

The content released so far is rather wholesome but the lore on some places make me expect there to eventually be some darker stuff as well.
Tough it may be unrealistic to hope for an tyrant path where you enslave and torture people.

Great beginning. I liked the story thus far (v0.1) and the graphics looks great. It also offers a unique (for me) skill and inventory system, so it's enjoyable as Not Just The Same Old Same Old. Definitely worth a try.
