It never says that you got an excellent result, so not sure what you are referring to. It either says "you believe X has learned something" or "you believe X has not learned anything". If it says they learned something is because their skill went up at least 1 point. Skills also work a bit different than traits and abilities. Since the initial skills (pre-training) are based on the traits and skills the system shows you the value that you would think their skill is based on their traits and abilities plus result of training. This is an approximation and the system will use this until you learn the actual skill value is learned (which will happen eventually after a successful training session). This is not acknowledged in the dialog because it's too complex to explain but it happens.

It can change in the in-between if you learn something else about them in the in-between that gives you a better approximation to the actual value.

(...)

You are mostly correct, except that the stat will be discovered via training too. If it's not discovered, as I said earlier, the value shown in the dialog is your guess of the value of the stat based on other attributes you know about the character.

(...)
Just so I understand it, the principle is: (not necessarily with these stats and certainly not with these numbers):

You assume basic dancing skill is 0. However I know that my dancer has fitness of 80 (which is all I know) and that adds 40%, so now I guess her dancing skill is 32. However after training her once I find out she dislikes dancing, so I deduct 10 but add 5 for the training I did and now assume it is 27?

IF you click to fast sometime s you get fucked in the ass just like in the real world. I think it is funny there in that position.
Well, it isn't only too fast clicking. Sometimes sex scenes happen without player intervention, even multiple times in a row. I would guess that this is not an oversight but an effect of looseness or some other attributes, maybe combined.

As for the girls liking it too much: one thing I like about this game, maybe THE one thing I like most, is its symmetry. Everybody is playing by the same rules. Thus, no harem with sub girls who will not look at anybody else (after you set all stats perfectly). But also if you can fuck them in the ass, they can fuck you too. I am definitely a fan of being on the receiving end of anal, not even in fiction, but here I think it would take away from the overall feel of the game that you are just one of 100s of people and nothing special at all. (Well, apart from the fact that you are the only one planning their moves and have an advantage. And that cult thing. And some other stuff. But I guess you know what I mean.)

(old bug) When I try to give a job to someone and when it comes to the salary sometimes it doesn't tell me that he didn't accept and the screen closes and (new bug) I find it all day in my office until I go to sleep

Is there a way to specify what potential job an image pack would go to? Like, if I wanted a one for a character you'd meet that would be a sex worker from the get-go

I'm running into a bug that I haven't seen before. I just interviewed someone for my first bartender position but I don't have the option to offer the job. My only available option is "No".

Is she under 21 and the lower age drinking laws have not passed yet? Bartenders cannot be younger than the legal drinking age.

Beyond you changing it manually every time, there is no method to pre-selecting models for certain jobs. Not including the special character selections that were added in this version (1.11).

For me, the only way is to create special characters for the job, for example the policeman and the judge are always the same, so you could create a doctor/doctoress (or sex worker) folder and use it only for that.
(but without using specific characters it can't be done)
