VN - Ren'Py - Summer Heat [v0.6.1] [Naughty Fox Games]

Edit after New Release: I have dropped this to 4 stars, not quite sure where the story is going and everything is paced weird, still can be a great AVN but some of the potential is starting to show.

I really want to give this a 4.5 star rating, as it is still a "Big Potential" AVN.

Even though it is chapter 5 the story is Just getting started, as it was big character introductions early on.

That said, it is DEFINETLY worth a Play. The Renders are unbelievable, the LI's fun and as I said the story is just getting going.

So far, one of the best VN game I've played.
The story it self is really interesting and well handle.
Their is not that much sex content on the current version, but all the flirt part is really cool and well written.
Their are several datable girls and all have their own style which is great.
Impatient to see what's come next.

I could write a dissertation on this game as of 11/28/2023. Since this is a review I will only leave the most important points.

This is not a porn game. This is an Adult Romance Visual Novel with fully fleshed out characters and a developing story. You will find yourself falling in love with one if not all of these girls. This will drag you into being hopelessly invested.

I make this distinction clearly so anyone who is interested in playing the game understands exactly what is in store for you.

Dialogue: Perfect

Renders: Perfect

Character design: Perfect (even Helen)

Gameplay: Perfect (for this story)

Animations: Not Perfect.
This is probably because the renders are so high quality that rendering each animation would massively increase development time or resources.


TLDR: Gain multiple personality disorder fighting over who is Best girl.

Probably one of the more story oriented game with a nice plot and great "PLOTS". I have to emphasize the variety of beautiful and eclectic cast of character. Overall i enjoyed it quite greatly, might require multiple gameplay to experience all paths.


Now about the cons-I feel like the choices could have more wide encompassing effect than a short term diversion, but the game is sorta still in the starting few chaps, maybe it will implemented later on.

All in all wouldn't leave you unsatisfied and not craving for more!

You know how sometimes you can see someone beautiful and you just have to stop think "wow, she is so pretty"? That's the kind of effect these renders have on me.

Some might say that "actual" sexual content is few and far between; but even if you're like me that's what you care most about, the renders are just so fantastic that it isn't much of an issue. The art is legitimately some of the best I've seen on this site.

The models are extremely well done - a cut above most on this site. Character development is high quality. Each personality is unique and compelling in its own way. I can't wait for the next release!

Graphics are nice and the cast is quite a bit shyer than in other games which I really appreciate but I could other's taken aback by that. Choice seems very streamlined as it is but I'm hoping that changes in the future.

Not much content yet. Animations are mediocre. But girls are pretty hot and damn, those are top notch renders so far. You can see how much efforts the developer puts into the game. Really waiting for new content!

Beautiful game, beautiful renders, promising story. I am however extremely worried about the pacing and development. Game has been in development for almost two years I think and we are barely out of the first in game day. Good luck to the devs

it's been so long since I played a Good AVN, A simple story driven AVN.
the sandbox was good, the render was top-notch!! the girls i really cannot resist lmao.
I wish the developer all the best for this game, this game has so much potential it may become top AVN games.
I consider this a slow burn but it is that good just hit all the notes.
I play a lot of AVN (Believe me lmao)
and I suggest you should try this one,
the game still short, its new but oh my I am craving for more.

One of my fave's already. gorgeous renders, fun to play, a little light on the kinks, pretty vanilla but 5 star for sure. intrigued.

Amazing renders, and simple and fresh gameplay. Not a revolutionnary game but girls are stunning, especially Mia and Jenni, and the story is pretty interesting with humor and romance. A very good work, keep going !

I am amazed how all the small things just drip with attention to detail and quality.
This has so much potential to be one of the best avn/games around.
Writing quality is top notch, characters are interesting with high quality renders.
Sophisticated use of emotion in body language and facial expression.
I was disappointed when I ran out of content, definitely looking forward to future releases.

Let's pop that 200th cherry

Pros:

1. Beautiful renders, like woahh!!
2. Writing is decent.
3. Plot seems generic but nicely established so far.
4. Music is good and animations are pretty good.
5. Characters are beautiful
6. Clean UI, Gallery, and Phone app.

Cons:

1. The plot is barely moving forward. adding more spice or drama would be cool.
2. Everyone is just simping after MC along with the overused tropes that make LIs look one-dimensional but I understand that some people enjoy it so to each their own.

Verdict: I would wait till the next update if you are playing for the plot and want more drama. It would be 5 stars with good direction and pacing but its overrated currently.

Absolutely blown away by the attention to detail in every scene! The environments feel so real, unlike the typical empty rooms you find in other games. Kudos to the developers for bringing this game to life in such a visually stunning way.

My only tiny quibble revolves around the pacing. It seems like the horniness levels of the characters have skyrocketed, with everyone wanting to be with the MC on day one. It's a bit overwhelming, and I think spreading out these events across the first week or having a mini time skip between this and the next update could enhance immersion and make character interactions feel more natural.

And hey, can we show some love to Ms. Hill? She's the one character who showed some restraint in the last update, and she's the main love interest I'm eager to see more of. Looking forward to what the devs have in store for her in the next update! Keep up the fantastic work!

Everything about this is polish. The renders just blew me away and the clothing - the clothing - is done so well. The girls are beautiful.

The humor lands, the characters are interesting and the build up is real. I look forward to see where this ends because even the story is good.

Definitely in my top 3, if not at the top.

I'm very impressed with the game so far. Really top tier.

Story is pretty simple, but that's not a bad thing, it serve the purpose and I think the focus here is in building relationships.

Girls are very hot, have great bodies and models. And they are actually interesting to talk to and getting to know them. Could easily fall in love with any of them, but so far my fav are Eve, Mia and Sophie.

Dialogue is great, feel very natural (for a porn game ofc), easily one of the best I've seen on this site. Usually in these games, there is quite a few cringe moments and dialogue, but here I saw none so far. Also, got a few nice laughs (there is a bit of humor in there).

Lewds are hot, nice buildup and progress. I hope we get to bang that cop in the future.

UI is nice and clean. There is a replay gallery.

Dev, you have my support.

This game deserves tons of praise, so far its just about perfect - it has atmosphere, it has a great setup, the characters are legitimately exciting. I think in some cases it jumps the gun a little, but other than that there's not much to say, it's very close to perfect.

Would highly recommend, as of 0.5.1 some of my favorite writing in one of these games I have witnessed so far. I am sad I am not in a situation where I can support the author, this level of quality should be encouraged.

Extremely high quality, exceptional UI, great models, good scenes, scenarios and characters.

Definitely entering my list of my favorites of all time.

the renders are really good, the girls feel real, the story is great and funny, your choices do matter and I even spent a good time playing the fake phone game.
To me it's one of the best VN out there !!!
