is there a reccomendation on what patches to use when playing this? theres a bunch and im just kinda confused on which ones to install to get the optimal/best experience out of this game.

Ask 10 people and you will likely have 10 different replies. It really depends on what your personal preference is. Some will try to scare you off of using mods with all sorts of doom scenarios like "breaking your saves". My advice is to disregard them. In 6 years of F95 and AVN's I've never broken a single fucking save by using mods. If your saves are broken it's either the dev's fault for messing up the update or lack of mod update, in which case you just need to wait a few days at worst. Or use the save fixer that the mods usually provide.
All that said, my reccomendation in this case for the better experience would be:
- Infamous Patch (should be self-explanatory)
- Walkthrough Mod (or just use URM it's always better)
- Uncut Mod (restores deleted scenes that were cut for..."reasons")
- Music Restoration Mod (restores amazing music that was once used in the game but dev lost licenses to continue using)
Choice is yours. Try them out and see what works for you. Have fun!

Dude all you need is the restore music mod. Forget the rest. The uncut mod isn't worth it. You can also add in the 60fps upscaled animations mod if you want.

The version that is called season 1, it's the download linked in the OP. Ch5 Beta was an earlier version and doesn't have all of the updated rework content. Season 1 is the most recent official version, and most of the mods people are talking about are using the season 1 version.

I just now see that this game does not have pornographic content, just play the story, actually there are so many people to play, there are many comments, and the rating is high, really surprised me.

I’m not really sure how to put this into words, but that amazing feeling I got after playing the game for the first time totally inspired me to give it a high score and write a review here, which is something I’ve never done before (especially since English isn’t my first language). Since then, I’ve tried out a bunch of other games, but honestly, not many hit me emotionally or draw me into the story and characters quite like "Summer's Gone." It’s a bit strange, though, because there’s no sex in it, and it kind of feels like a long introduction after years of development. That worries me a bit and makes me wonder if this novel will ever really have an end.
I played it with the "Uncut Taboo Edition" mod, which brings back scenes that were changed or cut out (like the jacuzzi scene from the original release) suposedly to get that 16+ rating on Steam.
