I'm 99% certain that pregnancy won't be in the build, plus IIRC, DC mentioned that he was behind on a few things for the current release.

DC has said the plan was to release Debbie's rework throughout three updates. Pregnancy was always stated to be most likely in the last of these three updates. It's possible he changed his mind and started saying some other stuff in his live streams, but from the live streams I've been able to catch, he hasn't.
So, I've been away from this game for years. Has there been ANY Mia content since like her route like 6 years ago?

No and there won't be, at least not for a long time, since her route is finished. Unless you're lucky and they do a little update when they migrate her route into the preview of the tech update.
May was the initial preview of the tech update which had all of Jenny and Debbie's previous content migrated. July's update added most of the teacher content. September was mostly UI update.
Back at the end of September it was announced that Debbie's route rework would be the primary focus for the coming updates until her route, with pregnancy, was migrated and completed. As such, they pulled almost all of the previously migrated Debbie content so they could add it back in with new art, story, etc.
November started the focus on updating Debbie's route. January continued that. March will continue it.
game been out for like 10 years still feels like it's in ALPHA!
she isn't even in the game anymore my guy. game got hard reset like 8 months ago.
The plan for Mia is to give her an eventual rework, but it's low on their priority list. If you're still curious, the next thing they plan on adding is Rhonda's route and hiring a Secondary team to re-add Eve's route .

She's still in the game, the stable version, v0.20.16, still available directly from the developer's for free.
Her content has not been migrated to the preview version of the tech update, v21.0.0-wip.####, yet.

2028? Damn, you've got some high expectations of this man. Don't you know he's gonna need another 10 years and several thousand more dollars to at least finish the Debbie content?
Just imagine that there were no abandon tag. We would not have seen an update until today.

Just to clear something up, having scrubbed through DC's streams, the upcoming Debbie update is not end of Debbie's story.
That, and pregnancy has been pushed into a fourth update. That's not new news, I think they said that was going to happen around the end of the second part making the Debbie updates (end of January).
I'm not defending it, that's just what happened. I personally find it hilarious how one of many things the tech update was originally going to do was to make updating the game easier, and therefore faster, and he instantly takes twice as long as he originally planned introducing new content.
On the plus side, he has said that we will have sex with Debbie in the upcoming Debbie update.
However, noticing where DC is on his streams, and his team's need to take ~1 month to actually put the art into a new build, I suspect we will get the 1 sex scene (the one he drew a few months ago) and that's where the update will end.
