Because it is a preview version with not everything in it, so normal mode wouldn't let you complete Jenny's route. The mini games aren't activated To increase stats and money.
LOVE THIS GAME, but this is like groundhog day. 2 years ago there was a crap load of content. now with the revamping there ain't diddly squat.

So play the stable version, v0.20.16 which still has all the old content and completes 2 of the 3 game goals (finding out what happened to Anon's dad and having enough $$$). Downloadable for free directly from the developer on their website.
At least until the preview of v21.0.0 for the tech update is ready for its stable release, whenever that will be. Or until there is an actual reason to play the preview.

So I'm playing the old version. I invited Debbie to my room once, but now she shows up every night.
Is there a way to get her to stop? I am worried its going to interfere with other storylines. I've played this game through several times and never had this happen.
EDIT: Yeah, can confirm the Debbie reoccurring scene is messing with other events that are supposed to trigger. If there's any command or anything to stop it, please let me know.

Sounds like a bit of a soft lock. Spend the night with her and check in the kitchen in the morning. I think that triggers a cutscene so you can be finished.
Fair warning, haven't played this since 2021.

It's not really disappoiting when everyone is already expecting it to be shit.
After 4 years it's hard for me to care. I just check this thread and his website once in a while, to see if there are any significant news, and move on. At this pace it seems like it will take at least another 2 years for this shit to finally end.
It's kind of crazy to think that the game will be 10 years old next year and half of that time has been spent on a tech update.

In my defence I said at least 2 years lol. But yea it wouldn't surprise me if it takes more than that to finish the tech update.
And to be honest, I can't really blame the guy. If I was making over 500k per year, I probably wouldn't be in a hurry to finish the game either.

I'll probably only play this again when the tech update is finished. I don't like jenny and the teachers are probably the worst characters in the game for me. Not really worth downloading just for the Debbie content.
