Ella and liz are pretty damn similar with the exception of liz's apathy and ella's powers.

3. Already talked about it, she falls after MC beat her in swimming to try and get her fired up again (she was thinking about quitting swimming competitively because she was bored w/sponsor and all the drama, MC beat her a few times and ONLY THEM she decided to fuck him). Later, she stars to fall more after MC saves her and resolves her problems with fatso.
AND EVEN THEM, she only decides to go after MC because, and i quote, "You had a lot of options and it helped that you had a lot of other girls that you could get pretty easily, you also weren't so deadset on having me as your girlfriend, so i felt like there was less pressure for me to be special to you"

I hate the NTR route mind you. But I don't hate the character nor the game.

Very unrealistically, she reached her "ready to settle down" stage at age 20 instead of age 40.

Personally, with Liz, I think only issue 3 is really a problem.

Each mc evolution followed a certain pattern with 4 major fights

1- a first confrontation with the opponent that would later trigger the evolution, which mc didn't win (defeat against Klauss and draw against Deryl)

2- an opponent of a similar level to mc who poses a direct threat to the lives of his friends (Kenny and Jake)

3- an opponent more powerful than mc but with whom he has a good matchup (Danica and Valravn)

4- the rematch against the opponent mc couldn't beat with a win and his evolution

if you look at it this way, Cole fits more into the 2nd category because his power is compared to Met, who himself was able to matchup against Evander (whom Met suspects didn't give his all), and when Mc confronted Cole after his evolution, the 3rd and 4th Apostle were already confident that Mc could beat him.
and he's also into a kind of one-sided rivalry like Jake.

Of course we have to take in acount that mc was still freshly evolved but he is clearly progressing faster than Cole and he also has is training with Syla so they should be relatively close (especialy since Cole got himself a new weapon ).
So with that + the fact that it evolved not so long ago , mc evolving seem unlikely and it would be more likely to happen during a rematch against the moon's twin.

I agree with all of this with the exception that the evo fight will almost certainly be against Shen instead of the Twins, as it is pretty abundantly clear that without his interference MC would've eventually been able to overpower the two of them.

He would fit more the 3rd category, Shen is level 4 when mc is level 3 on the contrary of the twins who are bot level 3, and it was said that mc have now a way to counter Shen power , which give mc a good matchup despise the disadvantage in raw power. (+ mc tentacles preventing him to stay in Shen fantasy for more than a few second)

mc also have a bad matchup against all the opponent he evolved against (both offensively and defensively),

- Klauss barrier and plasma who where a real problem for mc to overcome, and his plasma also where a problem for mc shapeshifting, since mc had a hard time changing form when he was touched by Kaluss plasma.

-Deryl chimera with all is heads created to counter mc (lightning,fire,plasma) and was a pain to hit directly.

-Evander and is blue skin cause problem to mc both offensivly and defensively since mc cant protect himself efficiently or causing significant dammage (if at all) to Evander.
