It is funny. Before this update people were complaining the progress was too slow and get to IRL stuff already. Now it is Asuna is changing too fast and inconsistent.

This is a game so it has to be fun. Slow consistent progress would just mean people getting bored with how little people's attention span are. Also this is a source of income for Fujino. If his supporters want faster pace then that is what he has to give them. If Fujino didn't depend on this as a source of income then maybe we would get a more consistent plot but that is not Fujino's situation. Also there are technical limitations of event slots being filled up. Once those slots are filled no other events can be used.

So there are real life situations forcing Fujino to change his approach and plot progression.
Both things can be true at the same time, its not black and white, it is true that the progression was criminally slow before, but all of a sudden making it lightspeed does not solve the issue.

The game is still very good but its biggest issue is the pacing, had the pacing been more even through out the game, Im sure it would have turned out a lot better.

I forgot to add this to the previous theory: Sinon befriending Asuna is most likely related to the Admin too. idk, maybe she will be the one pushing Asuna towards givin birth to Inodas kid irl (admin)

On a side note, that was different in the datamined perks, but by now, Fujino has already changed many perks, so I think the old ones are no longer valid.
Honestly, I still find the "Administrator wants someone to get knocked up to give birth to her int he real world" idea to be extremely silly and out of nowhere, like, LMAO, why the fuck wouldn't she want to just magically appear in the real world with her actual body instead of just as a baby XD? (And let's be honest, with her model, it's very clear Fujino has planned for her to get at least one H-scene at some point before the game ends, which she's not gonna be doing if she comes to the real world as a baby XP)

We aren't near the event limit, and it's not like there aren't shitloads of games on this very website where the dev is slow rolling shit and still getting decent money.

I agree on this. It sounds very fantastic. Maybe she took over Yui to appear in FOG. If Fujino decides to make Yui look like the original, it will turn out to be a very powerful AI with extensive capabilities, which is what the Administrator needs. And she will be able to control the real world through antennas. Considering that Sugo owns the game, as I understand it, and he is in contact with the Council, it is quite a working version.
If we consider moving into a living child, then it is possible only after the credits "18 years have passed" and they show us how Inoda fucks her own daughter, who looks exactly like the Administrator. God...

Lol, these perks were written a year and a half ago, at the very beginning of the creation of the game. Their relevance, to put it mildly, is questionable. And if so, when did he look pitiful? When did they fuck before the ritual? Or when she sucked him in the room or before he fucked her in the ass. It's funny that when Kirito knocked out Inoda on ritual, she didn't run to help him. He looked very pitiful, and Asuna would have helped him as soon as possible, but no, she stood and quarreled with Kirito because she needed a situation to cool their relationship. Although, in my opinion, this also doesn't make sense anymore. The whole point of what I said is that Asuna has stopped being a character with her own opinion and is just doing everything to speed up the narrative. Which, such circumstances, made Asuna a weak-willed, as hypocritical as possible doll. Perhaps Fujino did not even think that this would happen. But alas, the game outplayed its creator. :ROFLMAO:
It was when Inoda locked himself in the bathroom after being traumatized by Liz that that specific perk updated.

That's all fair. As I said before, it's just a crazy theory, and it's not like everything makes sense in this game:LOL: but then, what's the point of Sinon befriending Asuna? It has to be Admin related

Well, that's the whole point. The scene is shown, and the perk is being updated. Then they forget about it. Was there at least one scene with maternal instinct outside of the perk update? I don't remember.

Maybe we think about it too much. Maybe this phrase about their friendship was thrown casually and does not carry any subtext. Fujino just wrote this dialogue and forgot about it. The simplest explanation is that Sinon was the only one who communicated with Asuna before Liz appeared. For example, when Asuna went to the library at school. Then Inoda and Liz appeared, and Asuna just spends all her time with them.

Fujino just sits there and laughs, watching us try to find a double meaning in each letter. :ROFLMAO:

This reaction over the Asuna's fall is normal, expected even. The pacing was the problem everyone seems to agree with that so there's no reason to keep beating the proverbial dead horse.
Some time ago i said this " the transition from reluctant heroine to willing whore is the point where many NTR authors make or break the story" and unfortunally for several reasons (techinical issues, inexperience in long plots) Fujino had to break the narrative, but he kept his original argument intact, Asuna in his story is a hypocrate who tries to rationalize her faults and shifit the blame of any her wrong actions to someone else.
She broke after the Fake Kirito, there Fujino made the choice in the next update instead making her to be conflicted and felling guilty for being around Kirito, split them apart and focus the next 4 updates in another Fog quest, with that he lost the momentun in the IRL plot, if instead he had kept them togheter, he would had some conflict to work with IRL and make the reason for her fall less convinent than a monitor device.

Her behavior didn't change during the story, Fujino just run out of excuses for her, because he lost the pace that's all, and the need to finish the story.
And let's not forget one old plot point, she had some sexual past trauma and suffer from PTSD even that Fujino create for her, we don't know what hell happen with her, but that could explain her being so submissive closet whore and willing to acepet Inoda's manipulation.

And NTR it's a feminine cheating fetish almost all works in this genre is always from the female/heroine perspeticve, desing to generate this type of response/revolt on men, the male version of that is NTS cuck/humilliation fetish with Fujino is more open about it now, and pushing to be one of the endings.

Well, that’s another one of those many things happening behind the scenes but never actually shown—just like Sinon being Asuna’s best friend, yet I don’t remember seeing them interact even once.
In LN SAO volume 10, Sinon told Kirito that she spent the night at Asuna's house, and in the anime there is no dialogue or it is shown. In volume 6 of the GGO arc, after the end of the scene Asuna hugs Sinon and comforts her. Sinon says he feels warmth in her chest. I will not show you a picture of the text from the volume, because I am Polish and I have LN SAO in Polish. You can read it on the fandom Wiki page
Unless you want me to take a picture of the text from the volume and send you a message
