Their is a language folder, which holds the Chinese to English and the Chinese to Japanese translation. I took a look it is about 8000 ish lines to translate

To replay the sex scenes, go to a bed and chose the third option, it seems you can only see them in some specific places though (like in the elder's house).

by using phone translation, but the game is not even close to being complete, it's still in patch 0.3.

complete! i am saying after the very first main mission of elf village elder everything is in japanese, atleast the uploader should mention it in a note or anywhere

My thoughts on this game :
Even with a complete and comprehensible translation it still be tough to play, because for some quests you don't get much info regarding where you should go or what you should do next. Most of it is guesswork.
Secondly, the starting can be pretty tough as well because you are pretty much underleved in comparison to the enemies you are facing, expect to 1 or 2 shotted by enemies in early game quests. But once you get to a high enough level, with better gear and get the jet flame skill for your dragon you can pretty much 1 shot all enemies in game except the bosses.
