This is what Inatari said on Discord earlier today, 9 hours ago to be precise, so i'd say if you're European then it's gonna be released tomorrow morning, and if you're American then sometime around midnight, or closer to like 2am - 3am.
Although, just because Inatari said 24 hours doesn't actually mean that it's gonna be out 24 hours from when that post was made, that was just an estimate on his part so there's a chance that it's gonna be released sooner or even later than that.

I'm sure Oriandu will accept... I'm anxious, now that the update is close, I'll even put the Superhuman one aside.
Unfortunately I won't. I played the most recent HC3 update when the public release happened and I found it to be absolutely dreadful. The next update is also probably focused on Lily or Haylen and I don't have an interest in their content. The only way I would even consider a trade for the next update would be if there was a mutual public release of whatever content I was trading it for. Don't quote me on that, though, as it's well established that I don't leak updates for any reason.
Wait, did someone leak it already? It hasn't even been five hours, there's a literal "please don't leak it and kill my crowd funding income" message with each release. That's fucking cold blooded.
