You can try reseting them by pressing shift+o and typing
randevents = [1,2,3,4,5,6,7]

as wrote before, values of 10000 and above dont make sense. Balance is limited at -100.

There is a decree for the maidens to send them wine (works once). They wear lewd dresses after that, but costs a lot (not really necessary).
Queen whore lvl max is 1 atm, Galadriel is 3

IIRC, to get the recipe for the Mind Swap potion you need to progress a little bit with Galadriel and then have a certain conversation with the merchant. That evening, spend time with Gollum to discuss it.
