I always fix this by going into the properties of the game.exe and enabling compability Mode: Windows 8 , and also Turning on run as Administrator.
Sadly you have to So this Everytime you launch the game

Thats what you ment , yes there were a few more but i dont really remember which character, but mostly there are only images. What i also know is that Kitenna has Voice Acting later on
