Saves made when the date changes are safe, but saves made in the middle of the game can have strange errors if the script for that part of the game has been modified since the update.
If it's an old save file, try forcing the day to end by pressing the book icon on the left side of the screen and then the Day End button.
You should be fine after that.
You can disable it in the title menu by using the Pawn item in your inventory, then in the Cheat Menu2.
If it doesn't seem to happen forever, make sure you've disabled Watersport items and such in your content options.
Try entering the Content option from the title menu.

for me, it took like a hundred days and at some point the ending just triggered. idk if the mechanics got updated since then, but it felt kind of random (besides going to the doctor and fulfilling daily activities)
Yes, I can't get past than "Normal" in fetal health and precare fields, so nothing happens after that... but yes, thank you, good to know that it is kind of random.
Yes, it is, I did not have the trait of an eternal virgin and the old people deflorate it. But the author thinks that everything is OK instead of checking the error.

I had already checked that part.
There are only two places where Tomie's Hymen is restored, and in other places there is no script calling it at all.
So it's not an error in the script.
My guess is that your savefile is an older version of the savefile, so there is an error in the return point.
Press the book icon on the left side of the screen and press Day End once.
This should fix most of the errors in your save file.
If that doesn't work, please send me your save file.
Wrong assumption about the old save (I downloaded the game yesterday and started a new game without choosing the perpetual virgin trait).
The book on the left during - "Day END(Debug) - didn't help. Same problem the next day.
I can only provide a save if you tell me in which direction the game hides them.
Reproducing the error:

It's difficult to explain, but the actual hymen was not restored, it was just a part of the H scene itself.

Oh btw, put a 'load' button next to the 'skip' button while you are at it so that my thumb can access it faster instead of pressing the 'title' button and trying to reach a 'load' button every time when I want to go into different outcome.
