In my playthroughs, Karl visited Samdai very infrequently (~ once every 4 weeks), so it can take a long time before Tomie and Karl meet at Samdai

For Karl's ending, you have to accept his invitation, which happens every Sunday with a high probability.

Not sure if this has been answered, Taking a Sleeping Pill gives 10 AP, and visit to clinic can cure pain.
There's a button to open the save file directory on the main menu screen, on the right side of the screen. It says "Savefile Folder".

Point system: you can choose what you want to do in a day (e.g. go to a skincare clinic, visit the doctor/the slums/model studio/Samdai company/roam the streets/call a guy Tomie hooked up with etc. etc.). Tomie can do max. 4 activities per day, depending on the amount of action points (AP) she has. For example: it costs 3 AP (out of max. 10) to visit the city. The amount of AP is determined by her willpower (WP) level the previous day. If she went to bed completely demoralized the previous day, then she'll start the next day with only 7 AP. If she went to bed with a lot of willpower (e.g. >85/100 WP), then she'll start the next day with the maximum amount of 10 AP points.
Dice roll: not completely sure (haven't played it that way), but it's basically that Tomie's actions are determined by dice rolls (similar to those dice roll games). If you roll 3, then Tomie goes to a skin care clinic, if you roll 4, she'll visit the park etc.
Point system is visualized in the 5th picture in the OP on page 1, the dice roll system can be seen in the 4th picture on page 1.

ollane, the next public update for tomie wgm will be next week rather than tomorrow right? the public update is generally on the 5th of every month, but since everything got delayed by a week, that would mean that the next update is on the 12th of this month if I'm correct

Yes that's right.
For some reason, all schedules have been delayed by a week.
The next public release (0.730) will be released on October 12th.
In Yumi's sidestory where Tomie takes her place, it says some of the scenes were censored. Can you tell what was censored?

The "punishment" part was very brutal, some mosaiced and some "black".
If you play that part you will know it.
I'll try to improve the delay of the Android version this month..

I was also wondering about that, I assumed you had not produced images or animations that you were happy with and that was a place holder for the time being.
So? Are you saying there are animations and images but they are not shown?

The censored parts are divided into two parts.
1. Fully, forever censored
*gore or snuff part*
These parts will exist only as a figurative description (text only)
Example) The suicide scene is described as "Tomie is victimized by the harsh Tome town".
2. Officially Censored
Explicitly violent scenes are officially censored.
They are not officially supported, but may be added later in MOD format by "someone anonymous, not me".
However, it is highly likely that it is only supported on windows and linux.
