Most likely it will be like in LE, the ending for everyone, but as mentioned earlier, it's still a couple of years away, where you all are in a hurry.

You can update the game by downloading only the update on the first page, but only if you have v14011.
If you have not dealt with such updates before, regardless of what OS you have, I recommend downloading the full game.
You don't have to worry about saves the game when you delete the old version, they are located in the Appdata folder.

It has the chapter selection feature? If it's a port from PC to Android, then it's no use for Android users, since we'll be forced to play from the beginning!

You need to eat the plant, and pay the doctor for the appointment.
Why don't you use hints? This is a linear game, you will not be able to do something before you need it.

Since the game is linear, there are some scenes you have to go through to continue.
