I think i would do exactly the same as the dev here.
Not in first place because it's "more fun", but because it makes more sense to have the skeleton first, and then easily place the flesh on it.
First the sketch, then the colours. Something like that ^^
if there is any content in the game right now i am unsure of it but the stat points for bestiality are present in the game for sure so it will definitely have some sort of content eventually

I also was afraid that the latest update forces you to turn into a woman even if just for a day, but that doesn't happen. Quite the opposite actually

Picked the female doc for the experiment, turns out that the MC experiences some kind of psychotic possession similar to the demonic schizophrenia in Taffy Tales? Then he autonomously tries to rape the doc, gets sapped by some other male doc, update end (CLIFFHANGER)

Ok... So im stuck at the beach... I cant seem to figure out how to progress past the afternoon. Anny seems to have disappeared as well... She shows up as at "beach 2" (her portrait is there on the travel icon) but isnt there (her avatar doesnt appear). I am using a save from a slightly older game version (version 36 or 37 iirc) but the reason i abandoned that ave was because of the same issue. I cant wait in the chair and ive clicked every clickable option in the area afaik. Please help...

EDIT: I figured it out. It muste been a bug or summeh, because reloadin back to a prior save fixed it (that want the case last time)

It's supposed to come in a later version. Not sure how close we are to the sandbox.
Sister is cute, but "gameplay" is unbearable, even with cheatcodes. Half of triggers are tied to stats, half to quest states, and who knows how any of them work. Game is 4~ ingame days long, but has like 50 open quests. Things break completely, its terribly designed. Content is locked behind arbitrary descisions. Heavily railroaded sandbox.
I'm having trouble making Anny wear the white panties. I know I have to make her pee with tickling, but it doesn't work. She keeps wearing her full clothes or her pajamas in some scenes and they keep exchanging like it is bugged. I have tried cheating the attributes but it doesn't make any difference. In the previous version it worked fine. Any ideas? I could load my previous saves and have the panties with this version but after playing a couple of times the game stopped seeing the saves even though they exist in the save folder in my username folder. If i create a new game I have the aforementioned problems.
Clothing seems to be a bit bugged in this version, yes.
But you can make her wear the white panties if you talk to her at evening/night when she is at the balcony, ask her to "get more comfortable". Maybe it's only possible after the beach, but somehow it works, i have already done that.
It's still an early state.
At the moment many quests are incomplete or a bit bugged, yes.
But i don't think it's bad design, just the opposite.
Every decision you make leads to different scenes and content, therefore it feels very natural and interesting.
I played it maybe 7 or 8 times from the beginning on, and i still see new content everytime, thats just amazing!

Thanks for your reply, however I don't have that option, neither before nor after the beach. I only get let's watch a movie or talk, and she is fully clothed.
