Honestly? Could be worth at least reading to see what kinds of complaints someone like that has, if they truly have so many that they would write that whole essay about it. I say this despite my response to it, and as someone who has said my issues and complaints before, given my criticisms, and have written small essays responding to people on here. You are the lead developer and leader of the team after all.Guys... should I read the essay?
However, only do so if you also plan to give a response. I've seen so many studios that will receive criticisms like essays to just "your game sucks", and out of the games I've played with those criticisms and statements, and I've played hundreds of games in my life, I can only count on a single hand the number of development teams and devs that have given any responses or done something about those criticisms that I've seen. Any other time it's just "We hear your complaints and will do something about them" and then stuff that is not what people complained about if anything at all, or the devs will just ignore it all. So to re-iterate: only read the essay if you also plan to give a response.
