I do not remember this well but in our hometown, you need to go to the area with the cheats. In the replay room, she is in the bottom right.

there's 2 way to see NTR room, one is losing a certain battle (only 1 battle can trigger ntr in dlc1), two is beat the whole game and go up till you can't from starting town, you will see a door that you can interact with. personally I recommend playing through everything before going NTR scene but hey you can use full save if you dont want to. this game is not ntr focused so yeah
