There's some games I just can't handle it (many corruption games) as it just hurts my brain to try and understand the story and what the actual mental age of a character is with decisions they make. There's some where it's so bad it almost feels like nails are literally scratching my brain.

I also try to give most LIs a pass for a few things just for the sake of content. Plus, I'm a sucker for reconnecting with exes, like Steph from Leap of Faith. Sometimes though, a LI just doesn't do it for me, or they do something so egregious I can't accept it.

Kim fits the bill here. I don't accept what she did and she's not attractive enough to make up for it. Plus, since coming back, she hasn't really done much to make it worth reconnecting, even if you're on her path. It's basically the MC making all the moves, which is fair, she was probably terrified to make a move herself and get rejected.

I mean in a vacuum she is not that bad looking, especially if you put a bag over head with that awful hair, but given her history I ain't going back to that walking disaster of a relationship. She could be a 10/10 for all I care (which she is not), not happening.

I did wonder for a while if I would be as hard on the character if it was Julia in Kim's role...or Kimmy.

I'm the same i'm a big sucker for Exes as well i'll even play their path if they are a horrible person as I want to see how bad the MC gets fucked over lol and I just want to the see the content. the only differences is I give Kim enough of a pass to play her path just for sake of seeing so it's more like a temporary pass. However there are a few LI out I can't give a temporary pass too no matter what , I can only think of 2 LI right now.

I looked at the publisher's Twitter account.

I understand why he chose an Asian girl as the main character.

Because he is a fan of Asian girls.
He is not alone in this.

Stop picking on our only Asian girl in the game. Enough is enough ^^
