No i have not tried the game folder to the root hard drive but i don't need to i mean why ? and about unpack yeah i checked it brother it is all good and i have always extracted or unpack the game same as i did before and it worked fine, i;m facing this header error numerous time since the previous test version and apparently now in this update.I'm afraid I won't be of much help past some basic troubleshooting.

Have you properly unpacked the game into its own folder before running the game?
For example this is what the folder properties should show you when the save folder has 0 files

Have you also tried moving the game folder closer to the root of one of your hard drives? Like C\Games\A Struggle with Sin?
