I think we view this differently and the dev differently again probably. You have 4 targets that need 4 different approaches. You start as level 1 you have no experience, no money and no plan besides I want to do everyone.
You make haphazard progress with Lisa and Alice until you need to learn something to progress.
You train with Kira to gain experience to progress with Lisa. You learn about Alice from Lisa and Kira to progress with her.
So you're gaining allies and resources. Anne and Eric hold all the cards to start with and you have to chip away at thier defences, corrupt Anne to your side and Eric can be made to help with that thinking he's exerting dominance over you, so he's losing while he thinks he's winning.
Eventually you have the other 3 firmly in your corner and enough help and resources to remove Eric from the board.
In BB this was Kiras connections, Olivias mothers connections or just money.
In BBIS it's a different vibe I suspect BB the group, Erics wives and daughters and a few other factors (I'm still holding out hope for sexy robots but I think shapeshifting aliens are more likely) . If you get rid of Eric super early it's just a corruption game, you already have Glamour, Man of the House and a dozen others taking that route. In BBIS I think you've got to give him enough rope to hang himself as he's after different goals to in Original BB (he already owns the house he doesn't need to kick you out.
I understand you want to knock down the obstacles between you and your goal but you can't beat the boss without the buffs and bonuses
Plus Annes job depends on Eric so there's a tonal shift in the game when Eric goes and Anne loses her job as Erics PA . In BBiS the consequences might be a bit more dire than starting a porn business, as the Cameras are out of your control and everyone knows about and seems to condone Alices Cam girl antics (I wonder if this is why BB seemed to get bored with Alice so fast)
