I think there is more needed for the abondoned tag to be stamped other than just time, I have seen some games go 7,8,9 months no tag and other 4-6 months get a tag. There has to be some behind the scenes lack of bi-lateral communication between the site admins and op - Dev of the project.
Regarding questions of the game's "abandoned" status...
The author posted about it in June '24 on his SubscriberStar page (the link to which is on page 1 of this thread).
Here's an excerpt:
"Probably right now you're wondering if BBIS gets cancelled, or abandoned or whatever - the short answer is no. But if you're supporting the game, so you can play monthly updates - what I'm saying is that you need to reconsider your support. 0.11 will be released when I'm happy with the result and have enough repeatable events that reflect the progress with Lisa that you've made in 0.11 - after all that was one of the reasons for the refactoring I did at the start of 2024."

Dev told all his subs, he was having issues and to stop supporting him until he can restart, before that he barely deviated from a once a month update schedule.
