if i push it till i get caught in those events, does it slow the game down? or does it advance it to NTR? i didn't care about getting caught cause i figured if they hate me i'm speedrunning NTR lol

I can't really understand your point. What do you mean by 'getting caught'? As for NTR - at some point Ann will ask you if you're fine with Eric coming over to your place (which will unlock the NTR content) or she will go to Eric's place (so you won't see the NTR content). Currently the NTR path has more content since it includes scenes with Ann and Eric in the 'Alpha' quest, but as far as the story is concerned they are equal - the non-NTR path has the important steps from the story are included in the 'Omega' quest.
