is activated, so if you want you can support the game there or if you're currently supporting me in Patreon, you have a choice where to continue. If you don't want / can't move to Subscribe Star, my plan is to continue to fund the game from both platform at least until 0.8 is released. After that, depending on how it goes, I may have to use my Patreon profile only for art/fictional stuff that may or may not be connected to the game. If this is the case, I will communicate very clearly that I won't be able to offer any benefits related to BBIS (early access, custom requests, polls, etc.), so the people who pledged there can decide if they want to continue to support me purely as a creator or not. Again, this is after 0.8 is released and depending on other factors as well, so even if you were charged today by Patreon, I will still fulfill my promise to the best of my abilities regarding the tier of support you selected there.
The plan for 0.8 to be released before the holidays now seems a bit stretched. As you can imagine the last week for me was a rollercoaster of emotions and that's not the best place to be when you try to focus and create stuff. A huge 'thank you' to all of you who expressed their support and know that I won't give in to any pressure to stop doing what I do. Like all of you I'm a fan of the original game and I'll see BBIS finished.
Finally a word to whoever reported this thread back in May and again a week ago: you've achieved nothing. Better to put that energy in the things that you create instead of getting in the way of others.
