From what I read after subbing. He's redoing the way it previously gained points in affection and submission, and adding additional scenes like in the opening the fight between the two girls, and also the quest system making it easier to follow, etc. It will connect into the game, sandbox. When it gets there? Hopefully soon. It was a big tease. Who knows until the next update.

If we are to believe the informative message 'Note: 0.15.502 & v0.15.503 have minimal content, most of the previous content has been removed by the Dev to be restored in later updates (starting with v0.15.504 apparently),' it’s worth waiting for the next update before pouring out your joy or anger in the comments. I wouldn’t rush to any conclusions prematurely. I can only assume that this update is showing us changes in future content. Something like a preliminary release and nothing more. Just guesses...
Tech build. Not a real release. Content is about 5 minutes. Just a few animations. At the end the message: Sandbox will be enabled in the next release.

Last version was around 6GB, current is around 600MB. Must have been a lot of stuff removed. I haven't played the update yet, so I don't know what has changed.
