If you make the characters characters I'm not going to raise an eyebrow. There's a lot of couples in the game or romances in the game you won't see me toss tomatoes at.
The only pre-jigged relationship I've sided-eyed is Gweyr. An entire quest for one (ONE) 'consensual' sex scene. Which is just watching Garth get pegged.

I mean if you want to get technical, the closest would be the Frosthound, since the sex only happens when you engage with the patrons and seek it. Wayfort is more tied to how "serious" you want to be. If you act as a killjoy super serious non-corrupt character you can keep out most of the lewd stuff from happening in passing in Wayfort, but if you take it in stride and let more of the sleazy stuff happens, you get maids constantly flirting with you, orgies happening when you least expect it, etc.

I still think the funniest scenes in Wayfort are tied to Daliza's dragon fetish, where if you are a dragon-morphed character, she starts lusting hardcore after you with a special scene where you put her naked on display in your vault as "part of your hoard" (actually requires a lot of EC in the vault to do this)

The pain of losing someone for real isn't really part of cucking. That goes more into the NTR route.

I think you can disable stockades...at least there's a choice where one option quite clearly implies that stockades would be disabled.

I didn't choose that option, so maybe someone can confirm? Or you could make a copy of your current save and try upgrading the wayfort, play around
