We should celebrate.Few games reach an ending.Even fewer get a real ending.Think how rush are the ending of most ICSTOR and Slonique games,or Road Trip.
I have faith in Dr.Sin to make another excelent game even if it will be without Tracy.

1. Do you get to see the scenes of it, or is it just implied/off screen?

Also not.
1) Because is avoidable, so based on you choice you can avoid and that thing never happen.
2) Is just cheating on her husband. If you want to see it, but again is avoidable.
3) To become NTR the mc need to know that his mother give a BJ to that fatass. And fell pain/cry and fell powerless.
In this case is only cheating. But again, is avoidable so... in me playthrough this thing never happen. So not cheating, or ntr if you like the idea of ntr, but again this game have no ntr.

Miranda was my favorite in the Elsa-verse personally but Jessika was a close second, didn’t vibe with Chloe at all but it had a good story.
