Etoo... even before this update, DoD was the 19th most liked game while MP is 26th, according to Latest Update.
If you don't care about DoD then that's fine, but a more valid question would be "Who cares about MP?".

Yes, but this is finished and arguably one of the most popular wincest games here. Not to mention that the content that MP has in comparison to this is...well "lacking" in areas people want the most

I haven't played this in a really long time so I can't remember, but didn't this used to have the ntr tag? Or am I just tripping? I swear I remember this being an ntr game because of those black monsters in the screenshots, but am I thinking of a different game?

I haven't played MP yet. What is lacking here? Graphics? Story? Amount of sex?
Undertale and Celeste are two games that I'd personally say they lack a lot in more than one place, yet there are two of the most beloved games and I don't doubt that there will be an active community 10 years from now. If a game that was update 6 months ago still has less likes than a game updated like 2 years ago, then I'd say that MP also lacks some things or DoD's lack aren't that significant in the first place.
