Slave birthdays work as far as I know but not the way birthday fans assume they would, they just go into the weekly event selection and there are so many other valid choices every week that it is super rare they get selected the one week they are valid.
I enabled "celebrate birthdays, but don't age" because I didn't want my character to go through menopause and all the other shit that happens to slaves when they age. If I have to activate aging as well for it to work, then forget it.
Looks like celebrate but don't age is valid, I had only skimmed it and assumed it was an on off choice.
Cornelia and Sheba and other slaves who can appear at game start but aren't your custom made ones are hero slaves that spawn according to saved templates so they will always be the way the template says to be regardless of your world settings for race. (I think some of them do respect age restricition settings tho)
Mainly just opt in / options menus in pregmod. It is the new standard for the base game and all published mods that we know of are already in that project.
Just do a websearch for 'free cities pregmod'. You should be able to find it very easily.

I can only run the vectors because my PC is an old potato (I wish I could run the AI art generation system as it looks quite nice) but just remember that both Nox/Deepmurk and the revamped vector art packs haven't seen any big updates for several years now.
I think they probably mean nox/deepmurk vector which is included with the pregmod download, the external vectors that you can download seperately are older than much of the work in pregmod to my understanding so they will have a lot of partially assembled paperdolls created.
The precompiled html files from the gitgud are milestone releases but can be multiple months between updates while the sourcecode gets smaller changes every few days or at times multiple times in a day.
Probably not; the UI you're using is peanuts compared to what's going on behind the scenes (Stable Diffusion). Whether it's Auto1111, Forge or Comfy, if your computer doesn't have the specs to run one it's almost certain the others are also a no-go. Feel free to try as it's your time to spend but don't expect a miracle.
