Every game starts somewhere and after reading all that is intend from developers own writing, I am quite intrigued. Hope to stumble upon this project again and see a longer product. Either way wish you luck, always great to find something early and watch its progress when there seems to be passion behind it.

I saw the tags says rape, what rape content is in this game? ty
Well, the tag is there. But I wouldn't "call it" rape. I'd call it a cuddle struggle... No seriously though it's more like, someone is sort of sleeping, then someone else comes along, and, well we just have to be careful about what words we're using when discussing my game.

Half the time those are old tags on games and sometimes that content isn't even in the game or ever makes it and doesn't get removed.

The tags at the top represent content that is "currently" in the game as of now.
:HideThePain: That's how it should be, yes. But at least the version that's downloadable here has one masturbation scene and that's it...

Absolutely yes. And it won't even be implemented until later in the game. And you will have an option to turn it off completely to make that character be just a female. :)
Did a quick search just cause I remembered I could

Okay? Idk what we're talking about, I was just showing the other guy what the first guy might've meant when he asked if there is futa in the game?
btw... Is there?

I appreciate all the time you’ve spent discussing my game, whether positive or negative. It’s clear you’re deeply engaged with it. That said, I want to be upfront: Harvesting Corruption is a free game, made with months of nonstop effort, and as my first ever project, it’s naturally going to have room for improvement. If that is improvements that YOU want, I can't tell you. But I have poured 17 hours a day, 7 days a week into this for three months so far.

I don’t expect it to be for everyone, and I’m always open to constructive feedback. But if it’s not your thing, that’s totally fine. there’s no obligation to keep playing. I’m focused on making the best game I can, improving as I go, and moving forward with the community that enjoys what I’m building.

To answer your questions again:
1. No, there are no "before" scenes I'm going to give out of the game without any post production. I have some, they're on my patreon, but I'm not going out of my way to create unedited scenes for someone.
2. Yes, there will be planned Futinari in the future. It's not a CORE part of the game, and will have an option to be toggled off or on from the very start. Adding it will change the story a little. Keeping it off will make the story follow the default story path.
3. Yes, you will see errors in the images from the first release. I was rushing it out. I was figuring out how best to do my post production workflow, and I'm not perfect. I have a million things on my plate and I am a solo dev, who happens to be learning to code as I go. If you see an error, my suggestion is to ignore it. If it bothers you too much. Turn the game off. I don't know what else to tell you. Judging from your review, I don't know why you're playing it anyway.
4.My Trails went through 3 stages when I was first making the game. Default Textures, Photoshopped Textures, AI Textures, then in the end I just placed down new ground textures in Daz to avoid the post production. So the ground in the Cabins Argument scene, is how the ground will look from there forward.
5. When I say there is no more story content in the game, and give you a giant disclaimer at the end of dinner, that's exactly what it means. There is no more content. You can go around and check out the locations at the various times of day to see how they look, and that's about it.

I'm trying to think about what else you complained about in your review but I can't remember right now. Hopefully that answered most of it.

Take care.

I appreciate your candor, man. I wish you luck and hope you find a workflow that you're happy with and also that your game succeeds.

I've made maybe 3-4 comments on this thread, all in the span of the last hour or so, one was me asking if you had an image before you filtered it, not demanding it. I'm sorry if that is how you think I meant it.
And 3 of the others are about what someone else asked about futa content and me trying to correct what someone might've meant. idgas about that tbh.

Reviews are something I do for myself as I tend to forget what titles I play, and if I come back to them later to see if there is improvements in later releases. Many titles I actually subscribe and pledge to if I like them enough.

the futa tag looks real interesting to me as well as the lesbian tags I think this game has potential the writing seems pretty reasonable as well so far and interesting but still really early I hope updates are meaningful and in the future and good and good luck

When you release something for free to the world that you've poured your time and love into, it's never fun to see people shitting on it. So when I read a review like that, it's hard to come here and give a democratic comment.

There are a lot of people that see ANY use of AI and think it's slop. Or lazy. But in my case, I am doing fully high quality renders first. Doing post production on those in photoshop, then taking that into Flux AI, and having it "overlay" what it thinks my images SHOULD look like. But that turns out looking ridiculous, so I take it back into photoshop and erase EVERYTHING but the hair (Because Daz hair is bad), around the eyes, and around the mouth... This just fixes parts of Daz characters that make their assets look like 3D assets. So basically, it's far from lazy, it's actually way more work.

Now when I started making this game, I didn't understand the best way to do this yet, so in my original release, i was allowing more of the image to have AI in it. It was still a low denoise level, but you'd get different background grass and stuff between images... So to fix that, I started erasing 98% of all the overlay. Just leaving the parts of the face that make it look more real. And this ONLY works on close up images... You can't even have ANY AI overlay on people standing more than 10 feet away from the camera. It'll make their face look like a monster. So they're all default. But even then, I changed the skin/shaping of a couple characters after my first release. You'll notice Maggie changed. And she still will change again. Over the next two weeks I'm remaking a lot of the original images that I don't like, or where you can tell I was learning how to do things. And I'm going to rewrite A LOT of the dialogue because I think it can be better.

To long didn't read: Game Dev is hard. I'm learning as I go. But I love what I'm doing and only make changes I think I need.

The futa tag is "not cannon" let's say... It was an after-thought by me because I know a lot of people like it. But rather than just throwing a dick on someone, I wanted to make it more dynamic. So if you just play the game as is, there is no futa. But later in an update, there will be an option to turn it on. And this will change how one of the characters story plays out. It will COMPLETELY change the trajectory of one of the characters and the story around them.

I get that it's mainly 3D CG, but it should still have the AI tag too, for the faces at least from what I see on the images teased here.

AI is AI generated content. Not post production work where it's only slightly used. I asked the admin on the site, they said the game should not have the tag.

If they say so  I saw it on some other games that used the same type of AI post prod stuff. guess the rules changed or were not followed. my bad
