This character archetype is rare enough and then whenever they exist they get no scenes its so lame
The original game plan was literally to have the MC, the 2 young women he grew up with, the woman who raised him, and 1-2 other love interests (primarily in the mansion). The classmates were literally nameless, non-critical NPCs.
When i joined, I was curious about them and worked with Jamleng to make names and personalities for each of them. I gave them family members (moms, primarily), outside relationships with one another and the community. I tried to make Lewd Town feel lived in and populated.
In doing this, we expanded the core 5-7 lovers into 40+ potential love interests.
Felicia was a one-note girl. A rich bitch bully who knew nothing of poverty or need, other than seeing the latest fashion or tech trend and demanding it from her daddy. The man in the zebra outfit was unrelated to anyone at first, but the vague resemblance made sense to make him her father.
The game became so huge, with a literal cast of 10 main girls and 50+ side-NPCs, that the two of us struggled to make it all work. That's why the delays happened. That's why some girls got tons of content (Hilda, by far, has the most content of any character in the game, yet players demanded more and more every update), while other girls got bare bones meet and fuck moments (Nani, Grace, Zoe, etc)...
If we had a team of 4-6 working on it, the scale of the story and cast would have been a non-issue.
It's primarily my fault, being curious and filling in so much backstory, the non-critical NPCs became core characters for many players.
We tried to diversify lifestyles, personalities, ethnicities, and family histories so every player could relate to at least one of the love interests in some way.
Felicia lacks content primarily due to her status as a rich bitch who hates on everyone, not being a team player, and the need to focus on girls most of the fans were gung-ho to "play with" more than Felicia.
