Where is your Game? What did you published the last half a year?! I can't see a developer tag on you or find a game published by you. So, if you don't have any idea about game development, why don't you just stay silent and fap?! You got the game for free anyway!

same happened to me, somehow you have to really slow click, but even so i cant still get the choices to show up, i guess this one of the reason we hate unity here in this community.

. Tested the game via Wine (I'm native Linux) and had no problem with choices at all. 
Most Windows versions are 64bit these days so it's not common for VN's to have a 32 bit version. Considering this is a beta, best to wait and see if there's a 32 bit in later versions.
I'd encourage you to try your hand at developing/learning a new engine from scratch, figuring out animations and still renders to remotely understand the amount of time needed to try and nail a v0.01. That's excluding the number of re-works needed.
Well, the other thing I did was set my video card's vsync to ON. Might work, who knows though.
