Ren'Py Completed Midnight Paradise [v1.0f Extra] [Lewdlab]

Okay i finally fixed my problem with Midnight Paradise almost breaking my computer and GPU..

I have to force the game to play in window, use High(only this works) settings turn on ORIGIN and google chrome at the same time, because without these steps my PC, gpus, screetching noise goes apeshit when playing this game.
Oh, unity... if my dick was called unity i would cut it off, why AVN devs do that.
Also i just found out that there's no saving like in Ren'py and im a lifetime save scummer..

Renders and overall design, graphics etc look 10/10, MC is awful atm(i despise people/characters like that overall), the language used in the game is so vulgar that i feel like im witnessing the lives of some pathological people.

But i guess it's the beta, the MC probably will evolve when it comes to the story and become maybe more ''mature'', we just got tiny bits.

Overall i guess Dev wanted something new when it comes to MC and not another pervy, doesn't know anything, shy teenager but we'll see.
I think that when it comes to AVN and monthly(or longer) development it will be hard to portray this type of character in a good way and make certain group of people enjoy it.

This is a setting problem on your rig and not Unity's fault! If you can't optimize your system on your own, you better ask someone to do it, or switch your OS to a better one and stop using a crap like Windows!

About origin, i mean i gotta play certain games somehow and even when i uninstall these two applications unity still have problems.

When it comes to AVN games and unity, it is on the same lvl of annoyance as RPGM, but hey at least RPGM games have better save system from the get go and devs that create these games on unity really struggle with creating a proper save system most of the time.

Uninstalling is not the final solution for that ,,, Those crappy programs do a lot of shit on your system and also leave a lot of stuff behind, even after you deleted them.

east RPGM games have better save system

None RPGM that I played had a good save system! Not being able to save during a conversation is horrible, this what I would consider as a bad save system. However, so far I did not use the save system in Midnight Paradise, because I'm waiting for the alpha release. (Hopefully with working animations in the Linux Build )

unity really struggle with creating a proper save system most of the time.

Dev should hire a proper coder for this and not try to code it by himself.

Especially when you go from game in ren'py, where you have freedom when it comes to saving and stuff to unity with scuffed saving system without proper coding.

Yeah the inability to save during a conversation is a killer. I'm a save spammer, so I have to get around the limitation on the number of saves by creating a new save folder, each time I reach the limit. I have over 100 saves in Elena's Life! But, I can revisit any scene I want to by switching folders around. [The gallery system in that game is limited to a few scenes.]

I like how the game is not even released and there are already 11 reviews, wow Lewdlab has got fans, but remember it should not mean that every sequel from Lewdlab should be a hit, I need more that blonde milf from Dreams of Desire rather than a new game which is kinda simillar to Dreams of Desire

Yeah, I tried that game, and really liked it. But it's too grindy for me. I just don't have the time to play it. I don't play too many games that involve grinding. Milfy City and Long Live the Princess are about it. There are too many other good ones out there.

I do agree that for an RPGM game the gui is good.

No 100% sure if it is the Extra version, but i guess it has extras scenes in it/patron only stuff

Hmm, DOD had unique outfits for characters and extra scenes at the end of each episode, I was hoping that someone would know exactly what is added this time, but I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere.

I know, but the developer notes in the OP say "Extras menu is disabled for now, the extra scenes are implemented into the game's natural flow (like in DoD)..." and he made two differente posts on Patreon for the normal and the extra version of 0.1.1 (which "costs" two times) so he already added some kind of extra .

I played the 0.1.1 version and I can confirm that the bugs I previously mentioned have been fixed: dialogues no longer get stuck (with no need for workarounds), and the game feels overall much more responsive and fast (played the 64 bit version here), well done!

Truthfully I don't know what extras are in the game yet(due to it being 0.1 and basically just a demo to make sure shit works so there might not actually be any)but the version in the OP is the fancy tier version, so if there are any currently you've got them.
