After the release of Dreams of Desire: Definitive Edition I got asked a lot of questions, and of course one of the first ones an hour after release was: MP when?
I've mentioned it before, but here's the answer: Midnight Paradise returns in November!
While the rest of the team is working to bring the translations online for DoDE, I've already started working on the Midnight Paradise 0.15 update.
This one will focus on one of the main girls - that's the priority for this update. I have a certain number of scenes planned for the focus character, and once I reach that point I'll start adding scenes to the others.
It's still early to talk about the details, but the main piece of info is here. It's coming next month.
While it was fun working on DoD once again, it's good to be back with the Midnight Paradise characters. I have some new ideas on how to improve the game further, so I'll also be fleshing them in the coming days and weeks, but that's more of a mid-term goal than a short term one. For now, it's all about bringing you new content, I know you've been waiting for it.
I'm keeping it short for now, I'll be back with another post next Monday.

Basically, DoD is on steam and is popular, and he want's to get cash while he still can. I am pretty sure it will be DLC for DoD and other DoD stuff now. We'll see on Monday, but I wouldn't be too hopeful on your place. MP is a patreon-only product, while DoD makes steam cash and brings new audience. Best case scenario, he will take another year to turn whatever is already made of MP into a steam release as a first chapter.

The game also has a hidden morality system but as of version 0.12 no major scene has a different outcome.
green answer (good) = +1 point
pink answer (neutral) = 0 points
red answer (bad) = -1 point
The colored options are NOT available in v0.12 anymore, but might come back in the future

Do NOT mess with console commands in this game or else you might get soft-locked

It's pretty freaking good so far, I still think Ruby could rule Midnight City along side MC when he eventually becomes the king... At least that's how I see it
Sure right now she's lazy and immature but with her becoming MCs assistant I feel like that could change, it would be nice to see her character grew and mature into a powerful confident woman. With time once MC introduces her to the Halo business she could easily become the Bonnie to MCs Clyde.. The king and Queen of Midnight city.. I just don't see that position going to Elaina even tho she's MCs gf but hey who knows.
But then again this could all play into separate paths, I think that would be cool.. An honest path and a corruption path.

Ahh man that's a shame, this game seems good so far..Hopefully the dev continue this, I mean if he's not sure where the story is going he can always get some ideas or inspiration from our comments.. Nothing wrong with a little help you know

DOD is more like nostalgia thing but MP is some thing else specially in term of story ,DOD is more like sci-fic but MP is more realistic then DOD it feels like some drama/biography story

Dreams of Desire, and Midnight Paradise are the games that peaked my interest into this type of genre. They are literally the first games I played on F95, and I still consider them to be the greatest of all time. I literally got lost in the games, truly escaped into the roles of the MC. The artwork, story, style, dialogue is amazing, and the models especially the mom are mesmerizing. I would even call it magical. Thank You Dev for all of your amazing work, I'm a true fan and admirer of your talent.
