The only character whose story was adavanced is Ruby, I moded the full save from here to reset ruby to where she would be after v16.

Other than that there are some elite and extra scenes as well as various sandbox scenes which are already unlocked in the save

Then it's not going to work even if you try building it yourself. If the compressed version doesn't work then you are probably SOL.

Well, the Mega version for Mac works fine, for the last update. Guess I'll just have to see what happens. This is probably my favorite game. I don't mind playing it from the beginning. Heck, I've replayed it several times.

MOD UPDATE:
Due to the changes with both what I and Bibifoc did to the mod during the 0.16 release and what was done to the game code now, the only script file I had to change was for part 7 where I had to re-implement my Harem King Mode were you could play both the Melissa and the Eliana paths at the same time instead of needing two different Save Paths.

So now it's a matter of making the WT/Cheat Mod itself play nice with the new game code then adding in the new hints for the 0.17 content. I'm not sure how long this will take but just giving a heads up on where I am.

Walkthrough / Cheat Mods (0.16 Elite V7)​

I'm working on 0.17!

Since Lain is still MIA, I decided to give this game my Walkthrough / Cheat Mod treatment based off of her original mod.
I have revamped some of her mod work and updated other parts of her mod.
Note: This includes the patch.rpyc that activates Incest Mode. If you do not want the Incest Mode then you will need to delete that file.

A big thanks to Bibifoc for helping me maintain this mod.

Directions:
Extract in the same folder where MidnightParadise.exe is located, overwrite files if asked.
If you came from Lain's Mod from 0.14 or earlier then it is highly recommended to Start a New Game to ensure no issues.
When you Start a New Game, select Yes when it asks you if this is your first time playing the game.

One last thing this evening, the new coder really did make some changes to the overall game code under the hood from 0.16 to 0.17 which is definitely one of the reasons why this update took so long. This was not just a simple port from 7.4 to 8.0 but instead more of a restructure. It would have been better if Lewdlab had been more open about what was going on but he didn't.

It should be pretty clear to some but for the rest it was done so the coder, in future releases, will be able to update the game code much faster since it now fits his coding style instead of having to work around someone else's work.
