Edit this file to put the name you want in the empty quotes, save it, then paste it in your 'game' folder.

EDIT - The 'patch' file (also goes in the game folder) activates the 'relations' and the 'removed' scenes. If you don't want one of them just remove the line (it's not hard to figure out).
