I knew she was but didn't know those scenes was tied to the mod itself thought she programed them into the core game not just as a mod feature.
Shame it was removed tho i liked them better in the game with context.. not a fan of gallerys well becuase they have no context to them and quite frankly im unlocking gallery scene that make 0% sense to the current level i have the girls at
Yeah in the old game code it would detect if Lain's mod was present then call some of the scenes before continuing on with the game. I think Lain did it as part of giving something back for her paid supporters though it benefitted anyone who used her mod.

It could be re-implemented but I don't have the time to do that let alone maintain it. THOUGH with the new Event System it could possibly be implemented that way but would still need to be maintained on every release.
Hey Bibifoc , you should have mentioned for those that didn't know was that Lain was both the original game coder and game modder. Lain injected some of the Extra Scenes into be shown in the Main Game if you were using Lain's mod but those got removed from the game code overhaul.
Since Lain is still MIA, I decided to give this game my Walkthrough / Cheat Mod treatment based off of her original mod.
I have revamped some of her mod work and updated other parts of her mod.
Note: This includes the patch.rpyc that activates Incest Mode. If you do not want the Incest Mode then you will need to delete that file.

Directions:
Extract in the same folder where MidnightParadise.exe is located, overwrite files if asked.
If you came from Lain's Mod from 0.14 or earlier then it is highly recommended to Start a New Game to ensure no issues.
When you Start a New Game, select Yes when it asks you if this is your first time playing the game.
Small mod addon if you're a dumbass like me and keep closing the mod windows in scenes and having to go "fuck now i gotta scroll back to reopen it" well no more! drop the file into /game folder and you'll have the button to open the mod menu in scenes
Hello, I have a problem when I celebrate Ruby's birthday. When I click on the bottom center icon, I get a dialog and then nothing, I can't celebrate the birthday. any idea why
The 0.17 release was a success, there were only a couple minor bugs which we fixed in the first few days after the release. It was a big update for the game which added thousands of renders and almost two hundred animations with lots of dialogue and new new systems in place.
That said, we are working on the next one, the 0.18 update.
This will be a much smaller update, but it will take much, much less time. I don't wanna spoil anything, it's better you get to experience it first hand pretty soon.
