Now we have to choose between characters there are already very few se*ul content .story is crawling at a snail pace .what is going on with this game ? Compare to DOD this stands nowhere

I can only assume that the choice will be between Melissa and Eliana. Because we found out in the last update that Eliana doesn't like Melissa...

I don't like that either. I don't want to play the same game second time. Because second time I'll skip all the texts and scenes until I got the unseen content just like everyone does and that will probably break my interest in the game. It happened before and I'm afraid it will happen again.OMFG. Choose between 2 characters for the rest of the game? And then I'll have to replay all the stuff 2 times to get the whole content?! How fascinating.
I consider myself a completionist and I belive that I should be able to see all contents in one playthrough. Like a surgical strike

I am not a fan of such solutions either. Lewdlab will spend a lot of time doing two things and we won't see it. And as you say it will end up skipping the text. We know well that we want to fuck all the girls and leave the choice at the end of the game. For me, the best option for such games.

Hey everyone
It's a new year with new opportunities!
Last year wasn't going too great for me, but in the end I finally was happy with the current state of Midnight Paradise.
In fact, the 0.6 update and Lain's many improvements inspired me to do a lot more cool content and add some flavorful additions.
What I've learned through from the last release that it's a bit too stressful (okay, a lot more stressful) to make those big releases and a lot more things can go wrong than usual. So I'll try to do smaller but more frequent releases this year, but no promises because what I've trying to accepts is that dev life (for me at least) is very chaotic
After Christmas I decided to take a little break and now I'm back, working on 0.7 already.
In this update I'll focus on the main story more as Connor is getting his plans in motion. Also the first major decision in the game is coming in the next update - you will have to decide between 2 characters and that will affect the story for the rest of the game.
By the image above, you can probably guess what this is about. Eliana has been a helpful friend for Connor until this point, but I want to present her as a possible love interest. She's so cute.
From now on I'll be keeping a regular post schedule as well - I was thinking 2 posts a week would be a good middle ground. We'll see if I can keep that up *gulp*
I have a couple of ideas for this year that are bigger than just a new feature in the game and I hope I can work on those ideas and accomplish those goals.
Oh, I also added the New Year's Eve image from discord to the post attachment.

End it all of a sudden? Dude, we knew the ending was coming for several versions. He took double the usual time, and then some, on the last version to wrap up the different endings. It was not "all of a sudden".
Hey, you may not like the endings - that's fine - but you don't need to act like he pulled a surprise "it's done GTFO".
