I downloaded it and unzip the file and only see the top of a head.

Nope.
But I just posted on another pirate forum which has some LewdAngles *cough* and it works well, so I think it's an F95 file server thing.

Yeah, F95 servers have had a problem with attachments for a few hours now. I've tried sending my VPN around the world, but without success. (It's a bit weird, status page has been showing no problems the whole time).
