For those who finished M-Land Tower - what happens when you defeat the boss of floor six? I tried to farm the 1st floor boss for skills, only to find out it only drops a skill the first time you kill it.
I then slaughtered my way to floor 6 and got two more (useless) skills. The a random fight on floor six wiped me. So: Is there a way to farm lv6 skills? Do you need to redo the entire tower over and over, or are you stuck with the four skills you get?
(doesn't help that the layout is randomized, so my attempt to make a map failed completely)

Not really, but you have to buy them back if you wanna do the optional M Tower, since it requires all playable units in your party.
But at that point, you probably are swimming in Millions of Gold that buying them back only cost a drop of a bucket.
Finished the game, really liked it, a lewd game with actual good gameplay. I cannot wait for Rance X to be released but also a bit sad that no voice over there.

I've raised her level cap two times so far. IMHO her 03 is incredibly valuable. Not sure what sidequest you're talking about, but she also tremendously helps collecting pick axes and lock picks and all that kind of junk that otherwise only drops once every third blue moon... See a mimick? Make sure to put her in the team and you're pretty much guaranteed that lock pick.
I mean, I'm glad you're having fun over there, but... juggling your units/skills after every single encounter isn't exactly what I would call good gameplay. Then again, it's mostly a problem of the interface, but interface and gameplay go hand in hand, so...

help, i'm currently at Hyper Building arc, everytime i've tried to climb 200th floor, i kept getting this message and i can't go anywhere lol, and now i'm stuck here...
Lategame let you buy Pickaxes and Lockpicks and you can start swimming in money lategame.
She also doesn't guarantee the drop, it just increase the odds.
Her stats are on the lower end because she gains +2 str when most get +3 or +4. LIke despites Necai being +4 lvls higher, Sioux still has a lot higher str and also a better skill of 650% modifier vs 520% both 5 stars.
I would just kill enemies faster to get more gold + exp and just buy the drops I need.
The only think you need to get out your way farming is 30 of the Economy-Size Match for a Sidequest so you can infinitely buy two extremely useful items for M Tower.
Damn good game but I really hope they consider remake the games like Rance 4 and 4.5 with voice actor even though most of the previous developer have left especially on TADA
Remove Sell from your team, did you also place all the Holy Arms in the 3 event places?
There are Hirara ores found throughout the game that upgrades Maria's weapon.
-In the Blazing Mines, there is another Hirara Ore besides the one for the main quest which requires a Copper Pickaxe.
You see many treasure behind Copper walls, butthe Hirara Ore is also behind an enemy.
-Abandoned City, need a Silver Pickaxe to get this one
-Behind King Hanny in the King Trial

There's no specific bad blood between them, it's just that Patton is being looked down upon for being a playboy prince, and during this the fiends approach him with the idea that if he takes over Leazus, his accomplishments will make everyone like him again.
Same as the rest. You get a skill. After you get it the first time, it's a uncommon drop. When you finish the Tower, the lady in black gives Rance a lame looking token. She's embarrassed by it as she made it by hand. If you beat the tower more than once Rance demands more tokens because he likes embarrassing her.
You can effectively farm skills by rerunning tower, it just takes a while.

I'd like to revise my earlier judgement: it is in fact not a problem with the interface, but with game design. Just why did they make individual skills slottable (that you can't change during an encounter)? It's so fucking stupid. Just slot up individual characters, and make all their skills available according to some rules, whatever rules (shared or individual cooldown/action point pool, or what not; then balancing things accordingly) and things would be so much better.
Anyone got some idea what the fuck they were thinking when designing this?
Fucking click orgy. I hereby and officially classify and tag this game as a clicker, while removing the dungeon scroller and role playing tags. Mmmmkay. And it's such a shame, because everything else is pretty fucking excellent. I wouldn't even mind the dungeon scrolling shuffle and cycling through the maps. That's at least pretty straightforward, even if it takes an extra lap every once in a while...

I also just arrived there, and it's just such a hassle to alternate the expensive skills from Shizuka and Feliss, s.t. one of them is always ready for the next encounter. Or do you guys just settle for a fixed team (for the time being) and deal with it, respectively the bigger cooldowns?

Maria's 2nd skill is very useful to reduce Minerva's AoE attack and then Sell AoE heal can keep up with her dmg output so your DPS can outlast her.
