you'll need to recruit her (and the other dude later) anyways if you want to recruit a certain hot girl later, so why not. You don't need those recruitment forms for anything else anyways.

Keeping the form doesn't help you. You don't get to choose what characters to recruit, you just turn in the form and get them in order.
