Did you read what the patch says by chance? It says it covers the first 5 episodes, so, yes it will crash since this is episode 6 now, and the patch will have to be updated for said episode.

If you have not played the game before, you can get the WT mod version that includes the Ipatch to work.
It won't change anything if you already played and want to continue with ep6 but it will work for ep1 to ep5 while you wait for the mod to get updated.

To make it work only copy the .rpyc files from the WT(p) mod
Then rename "dialogue_patchedv5.rpyc" to "dialogue.rpyc"

Nowadays we have tons of options to make backup copies and secure data, especially if it is important data... There are so many developers who have this problem that it is no longer credible... It is the new "excuse"

Hey so I appreciate your help with this but i think you mean the .rpy files only. Copying only the two .rpyc files does not work but when I added only the two .rpy files it seems to start the game and work as you described.
