it is already rape as soon as its against the victems will. there has to be no threat.
Nope. There's no way a handjob can be construed as a rape, even if Frank was drugged and tied to the bed (or the shower wall, lol). You might argue sexual harassment, sure, or even maybe sexual assault (I mean, what Abby is doing has strong overtones of harassment, for example, and I guess the way Lilly throws herself at Frank the first time could be construed as sexual assault if you were to dismiss all context), but rape means penetrative sex. Frank can't be "raped" if Becca just touches his dick.

Also, if it were really against his will, he would have put a stop to it--nothing prevented him to. But he didn't. Because subconsciously, that's what he desires (and he actually admits it to himself, although he's still in "I can't, she's my daughter" mode).

most likely due to the threat she poses. one word to her mother and everyones live is fucked he is just not ristiking it
I knew it, you really are a politician. You're making up ever more complicated narratives to suit your chosen theory. Before long, there'll be an entire novel's worth of plots and subplots carefully woven together to prove that the MC was a weak pathetic little victim and Abby his lifelong tormentor.

But he's clearly capable of physically pushing her away and chooses not to.
Being physically capable and mentally capable of doing something are two different things. You could also say that a woman forced to suck on guy's dick "could just bite it off, so if she doesn't then it's not a rape".

Frank is very clearly unable to stand up to his "children" in any manner. They know it and abuse it to get whatever they want, rather than respect his wishes.

Wow, there's a lot wrong with this post. First off:

(Notice the second definition?)

Also,
According to Canada's Criminal Code in s. 273.1(1), , otherwise it is considered sexual assault.

That is... quite interesting. You may wish to check your dictionary, though (or better yet, change dictionaries), as (a) definition 2 contradicts definition 1, which is kind of stupid, and (b) the best/most-widely regarded dictionaries of the English language (Oxford, Meriam-Webster, Collins) all agree that there has to be intercourse for it to be considered a rape (and so do US and British laws, btw).

Also, if Canada has no provisions for rape, then, by definition, it can't be a rape in Canada either.

(But then, I'm sure you'll agree that even a smidgen of common sense should be enough to realize that there is no way that the shower scene can be considered a rape anywhere on Earth or in the known universe.) ;)

Weird. My copy of Merriam-Webster doesn't say intercourse is required. I must have gotten a misprint.

Note, these are just definitions of the word, which include how it's used by people. Having various uses contradict one another isn't exactly unusual -- consider how "literally" gets abused in sentences, e.g.

For what's worth, the legal definition(s) of rape match the 1st quoted definition. The others are more or less figures of speech.

Another meeting of 'Single Again Book Club'
Too bad CNG is not here to cool us down; do you understand how much we like SA that is such a heated debate?
I'm going to replay SA until the new release. It's just a story, ain't it?

NO! Abby's ass is life love and all that is good in the world, and the universe will die and collapse if Becca's womb is not fertilized immediately.

i have proof, the doomsday clock has been moved closer to the end of times since the last update.
o...kay  better get to work on that bunker! :ROFLMAO:

Gotta say this Rape thread is wild. The rape conversation has always been interesting to me in general. As a man 50+ was always told a man cannot be raped because we are men. In all truth rape can be done by both genders it's just in the past if a man says he was raped he is looked at as a pussy or less of a man. Rape is doing a sexual act against another person without their permission or their opposition of having it. A man tied to the bed as a woman puts his dick in her, she is raping him as long as he expresses he doesn't want it. Franks situation is what I feel is weird, he didn't want to do it but wanted to. When you go into his fairy subconscious he wanted it to happen he just didn't want to admit it cause of fear of jail. The threat of jail really wasn't the girls it was his society fear he had. Truth is if the fear of their mother and society Frank would have dove in head first into the pussy.

At this point dev is overdoing it with Frank's Uber reluctant attitude...
I mean it's been years so far.. How far is he from this mental block he has to climb over??

Just having finished the current version, really dig the game. Refreshing to see this kind of theme, without it being a giant orgy by week 2. Could've done with a bit less self-doubt and insecurity by MC, but I get it; fits the character.
General vibe, pacing and authenticity are fine. Looking forward to more~

Only thing I found weird (or is it my brain playing tricks?), did something happen to Becca's model? I liked her's the most in the beginning, but something changed throughout and it looks not as good? Is the head too big? Blocky? Different? I don't know, not a big fan anymore. Specifically the face, the body is fine. Like the droop in her last scene.

(Speaking of changes though, +++ for the freckles on Abbs! Shame so many girls actually hide 'em irl.)

And it won't happen until CNG leaves Patreon with Single Again and offers his second project on Patreon as an alternative (and Single Again is offered on another platform accordingly).

The reason for this is that Patreon has to follow global guidelines (as Patreon is offered in various countries) which also include adoptive relationships such as Abby and Frank. Regardless of what you may think about this, it is sometimes relatively interesting: For example, in some countries step-incest (i.e. step-parent with step-child, here Frank and Lilly as an example) and in-law incest are classified as incest (Frank should not have entered into a liaison with Shannon's mother).
