Technically, the Dragoon should be the advanced version of a Footman instead! Or an early form of "Mechanized" Infantry.

Although they usually get lumped in with cavalry, since horses go brrr

Not really, got that idea from ff14 but going to that point lancer would be more precise as a preversion of the dragoon but that likely depends on if they are used in the infantry or cavalry

Nah, I'd bet my ass that that was just conflating fantasy tropes from one property to another with the ironclad expectation that they both do and must translate 100% accurately from that one fantasy series/milieu they are thinking of and everything else is obviously not how it actually is. "X is always X and they are always like Y and the must do Z!" Common (often real world) inspiration and cross-pollination of ideas without literal copypaste is inconceivable.

You cannot understand how how common that is in the space of self published fiction and how immensely it irks me.

I have to say, making a survivor like game with absolutely 0dps, and useless damage boost takes some balls.
If we don't get good weapons in the first few seconds, we are doomed.
And grinding the first 30sec of the same level again and again and again in hope I will stop getting crappy weapons is not my idea of fun.

But Vampire Survivors is very grindy game too. And it has no sex as far as I know.
Only way I managed to enjoy it is to cheat engine 6 figures ... 999999 cash to get most of perks. In any case as soon as

Are you seriously comparing this to vampire survivor?
The game has around a hundred different characters with their own gameplay, tons of weapons that do deal damage and can be evolved with synergy to passive equipment, meta progression does matter (you don't just get +1damage with maxed out damage bonus), and you don't have useless weapons that almost never hit any target.

You don't need sex to make a good game.

But you sure can have plenty of bad games with sex.

This game seems to save stuff in the registry under "Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\PinkTea\Slave Lord - Awakening". I had to delete that stuff to rewatch the opening before I figured out you could replay it in the dungeon.

i need help with opening this game. I Have it downloaded from here and it's done an all, but it would say something like "can't open this application". I have a MacBook Air.

I know this is basic, but did you for sure download the Mac version? More than a few have stumbled on that over these forums.

If it's not that, I don't think I can help that much with how little experience I have with any even pretty recent MacOS systems.

I did download the mac version, but I don't know if it is because it's a rar and not a zip file.

I've found that with some Unity games on the mac the permissions are off so I just launch the binary directly within the app and it works fine.
