Hello, everyone!
New year, new status update. The holidays have flown by and so has our render queue! During the holidays we've tried rendering with two computers, and we're even thinking about adding a third one to the mix, specifically one dedicated to animations.
This would be the next big project in upgrades and should be a nice boost to production. Currently we're alternating rendering sessions on the rendering rig between normal renders and animations, which works, but the potential for separate queues is pretty tempting.
Next week we'll start the work on a new branching scene with Eve and some side girls. We'll be going through the planned routes properly this weekend and polishing the script to make sure it all flows before we start posing and rendering.
Mia also received an additional hairstyle, which you might've already spotted in the New Year's render.

We have a couple of ideas for the next RRs, but suggestions are welcome! We were thinking of making one of Sophie next.

Every time I read the update reports my heart tells me that the update will be here sooner than later but my brain and my innate pessimism always reminds me to think otherwise lol. I do honestly feel like we’ll start to see some previews pretty soon though

Has this error also happened to anyone? Do you know how to solve it? I have already completed several times and the presentation sheet does not appear on the screen (I do not have Mods installed)

Probably most definitively not before middle of the year. They said recently aim for something closer to 0.5 that was 3k+ renders something, we are far away stilll.
Keep up the amazing work. For me, I do not care or enjoy the animations, just the renders. Your renders are the best I have ever seen.

Well I'm pretty chilled so far since the last update was the biggest letdown of 2024. If this upcoming update doesn't make up for it then I might wait for a few versions to come out. Especially when you decide to focus on longer update cycles I'd say you can't "waste" updates. The last one felt completely wasted imho. I continue to absolutely love the renders and the girls but I will never be a fan of this slow day/night cycle cause it limits what you can do in character/story development. Some decisions simply would be not believable. Then again I'm definetly a AVN enjoyer that needs at least SOME spice per update.

You have only one problem - you are extremely slow
This leads to bad estimations and vague status reports, because you always out of schedule
It's clear that if you want to complete this novel you need to change your way of development
You need to analyze your work and find things that slow your down, maybe you need I part time writer in your team, I don't know
Short updates helps you to plan in different perspective and shows a lot of problems that you have
You just need to understand that right now thing isn't going right. At least from the subscribers point of view. We see that you have a problem. We saw it in status reports before the actual update last year. The update itself was just a combination and the result of all development problems you had

At this point, just stick with the main girls and drive the story and relationships forward with them as much as possible. Side girls taking screen time at this point is huge xp waste imo. But what do I know, not my creation after all.
