Well, it has never been confirmed if Malik's monster parent comes from the 2nd, I believe Malik and Cole share the same monster origin but don't quote me on that, I just recall Cole being able to use the heat seeker attack which Malik did back when HERO attacked the Hex dimension.

Indra vs Malik, welp, it would be cool if it happens, but don't sleep on Zack. When he ran into Indra he was a level 4, the fact that he survived the encounter says a lot of the guy. Zack confronted Indra by himself, he clearly wants revenge there. I don't think Zack wins but maybe we get to see a perfect spawn of the 5th in action and that's cool. Deus was able to handle the incomplete MC when the eye took over so I wouldn't underestimate a mf that can control time.

Edit: Just to add a bit, Idk if WW will showcase us those fights sadly, but it would be stupid of HERO to send and risk Zack if they weren't sure of his victory, otherwise they'd have sent Bernie/Malik to deal with Indra right away.

The only thing Peter Steele about the MC is that he's tall and has black hair and has a general goth vibe, but that's it. He lacks Peter's charm and looks, and his fashion sense has gone awol.

Wish he could've stuck with this style, would be sick after grabbing the 10m from Tiffany

So is there a general agreement on whether or not it's objectively "bad" to kill/consume when given the chance, or if it's more about the context? Most of the kill opportunities only happen with high enough corruption, sure, but others seem more like narrative choices than "good/bad" branches.

I'm just worried the story will eventually punish you for making these choices because they're "evil" even though they make total sense imo given the context.

I'm just worried the story will eventually punish you for making these choices because they're "evil" even though they make total sense imo given the context.

It's less than those actions are themselves evil, and more so that exercising that right to kill corrupts you. We know that a true corruption ending requires you to consume as many people as is possible to consume, and in my opinion there will be a final check depending on the kind of player you were near the end. I don't think killing Danica and Jake will always lock you out of good/neutral endings, but I do think they lock you out of some endings. WW has a habit of holding onto these variables for a while, so I expect major decisions like whether or not to kill Jake will have some considerable influence as we reach the endgame.

Considering how much she dislikes Eistheth, I am surprised she didn't kill her, if Ella even goes around killing chosen monsters. Even if you want to argue that Eistheth isn't as dangerous as a monster that can stop time, she basically gives Tanos free access to A-rank monsters as materials. I would consider curbing Tanos's potential to experiment freely and create all kinds of items to be pretty damn important, since it would make negotiating with him easier, because for some reason Ella has put off killing him even before the Battle of Diamonds.

Man after the third or fourth time replaying the whole game I am more certain than ever we are going to get Indra vs Malik based on this colossal foreshadowing :
Makes it clear Zacks words from the last update, he is again trying to orchestrate an encounter beetwen the two.
And look, I like Malik but my moneys on Indra, plus hes just so fcking cool.

It might've been just a mutant and not a chosen. Valv I dont think would let a chosen run away from him since hes obsessed with honor and shit he'd probably tweak out if they were a coward

Got to admit with this latest update, I was hoping the final arc would lead to us getting out own team as a breather and maybe having some visible leadership apart from press conferences before the final battle. But I know that would probably stretch things way the hell out so I'm just going to hope that we get to choose whose team we join because I so badly want us to get the chance to show off how powerful that experience in monsterworld made us to HERO and the rest of the world.

Agree, I wanna see either Bernhardt, Henri, or Malik get humbled so bad. Ever since Bernhardt wrecked the second rebirth of the Eye I've been looking forward to the moment one of the big three either kicks the bucket or atleast has to sweat for a win.

I dont wanna see them win it'd be weird if the strongest chosen loses to some human whos like 80

How do I get dead end 42/43 during the Cole fight? I tried making different choices during the "What are you?" part but it's always either success or dead end 41. The Eye never even shows up for me for the whole fight, even after messing with the stats. Is there a flag that needs to be different or what?

I think your power has to be equal to or over 525, you need to pick life, resurrection, and eyes to get the dead end with the eye. It's pretty awesome so I can see understand your excitement for it.

I mean, it's clear those 3 aren't normal superhumans, it wouldn't be weird at all if they actually beat all the chosen lol. Either way the fights would def be dope (I really dig this dev's fights shit got me hooked to this).

Youre looking at the uncompressed version, which is about 14 gigs. The compressed is a tenth of that. As for content, the are no animations but there is story for days and it is very well written and very interesting, to the point half of us here even play for the porn anymore and just get immersed in the crazy story.

I have been in this game for about 3 years and I have religiously followed the story so far to the best of my ability, despite still not going for the goonmax% and trying to see every little detail. WW is a phenomenal writer, basically the combination of a potentially insane freaky ahh dude with some insane freak levels with the underlying tones of a more serious and intense development of a world with superhumans and mosnters is actually insane. Partly the reason Im still here is only because while I really liked what each scene for each character had to offer goon wise, there was this perfectly constructed mess of a story that just paid off every single arc all the way through and at some point I was more happy to see characters be themselves before I'd see them getting railed.
