Of course, yesterday I was trying to figure out what annoys me so much about the current state of the game and chose the best time to think before going to bed. And I came to a certain conclusion. I'm annoyed by what Asuna has become. It's not even about NTR or cheating. Asuna has turned into a hypocritical, two-faced, and cynical abomination in this game. Perhaps Fujino planned it that way, but for some reason it seems to me that this is not the case. Rather, this is a consequence of the fact that Fujino had to lead the heroine, who loves Kirito and wants to marry him, to regular infidelities. And apparently this is exactly what happened - Asuna's hypocrisy reached an unimaginable level, the feeling of guilt and any adequate perception of actions completely disappeared. In the latest update, we see that Asuna wants to end the relationship after the quarantine, but we all understand that this is just nonsense and will lead to nothing. It's just a pathetic attempt by Fujino to show that there's still something human about Asuna. As a result of my thoughts, I came to the conclusion that before, if I thought that the best outcome for Kirito would be the ending of "happy cuckold", now I just want him to get rid of Asuna. After all, even if there was no Inoda, there would be someone else, or indeed, MANY others. It's corny, I feel sorry for Kirito. It's a pity, not because Asuna is cheating on him, but because Fujino forces him to deal with a woman like Asuna in this game. And there doesn't seem to be any reason for that anymore. Asuna for Kirito "Current girlfriend" Kirito for Asuna "Opposite sex".I hope there's an ending in which Kirito, no no, doesn't win, but at least just breaks out of this mental institution.

And it's really bad when at the end of an NTR game, you think, "Ugh, thank God, man, you got out of this shit." That's not the purpose of NTR.

Thanks to those who read it.
I have a slightly different opinion. The bottom line is the same, but it seems to me that the reason is different. The author needs to hone his story writing skills. This is especially true of the NTR genre. NTR is not just about getting laid. It's about the psychology of relationships. But here, with regard to Asuna, it seems that the author is trying to plug plot holes and she appears to us as some kind of schizophrenic with a split personality. I love you, I don't love you. I want to be with Kirito, but I spend time with Inoda. We shouldn't be doing obscenities – give me a dick to suck. Kirito and I are fine, let's finish this – I'm happy for you, just suck my dick first – yes, let's go… It feels like it's being written by different people. This story has been making my eyes blood for a long time. If it was a literary work, I would have given it up long ago. There have already been cases where the sex scenes are very well written, but there is no motivation or plot. And as a result, there is no desire to read it. I read the NTR manga recently – it turned out that the author wrote it for 2 years. 650 pages. At least 100 of them are devoted to the relationship of the main character with the heroine. And when the heroine is tricked into another relationship based on sex, readers see what the heroine has lost. But there the author asked the readers what ending you want, and the readers said – we want a good ending, otherwise it's a pity for the heroine (not the hero!). I feel sorry for the HEROINE!!! Now tell me, are there people on this forum who feel sorry for Asuna? But she was also tricked into a relationship based solely on sex. I don't think there are any such people here. There is a possibility that the author wanted just such an effect (you can't get into another person's head), but Asuna's behavior is too different from her original character. It looks as improbable as possible. In the two parts of the game, we didn't even see what was good about Asuna and Kirito's relationship. At most, I remember the fireworks in the first part of the game and that's it. That's why I don't really delve into the plot anymore. I'm waiting for the end of the game, of course, but I don't have any high expectations. I just hope that the end of the game is at least logical. Which one is not important.

Well said. About the logical ending... Well, to be honest, there are concerns. Fujino, as far as I know, has no experience at all in this regard. So I think it's likely that we'll see an ending in the style of "This game is about the suffering of the main character - so he'll suffer to the end," even if it doesn't make any sense.

)))))) Yes, yes. It feels like that. Recalling the ending of one of his games: "I do not know how to end this or what to write next. Therefore, the heroine was completely corrupted, and then they all went to the cave together... The end!"
In this game, he will obviously come up with something. It's still too long a project to end in some completely stupid way. We'll just wait and see.
At the same time, I repeat, I treat him well as an author. He's working very hard on the game. Great animation. It's just that I personally would like the plot to be better. But this is purely a taste.
I'll add a little bit. Despite my "claims", I think it's a good game. It's a pity that it's more of a novel than a game, but that's in particular. If the work was bad, it wouldn't have so many comments. For example, I registered here solely for his sake. It's just that I feel very good about the original SAO series, and I want the game, even if it's in the NTR genre, with Asuna and Kirito, to be made at a very high level. The quibbles are exclusively from here. For other games, good or bad, I don't even have the nerve to write comments). All this suggests that the author has done a very good job, since his game attracts so many people and makes them leave comments.

Yes, Asuna isn’t like her canonical self. But you have to understand that Fujino is simply developing her character further. She’s been like this from the start—we just saw glimpses of it before, and now Fujino is revealing everything in full.
Everyone loves to praise the first part, but come on—would Asuna (or any other girl) really agree to show her breasts to someone like Inoda just because he whined about never seeing or touching them? Not to mention the fact that she jerked him off while Kirito was sleeping behind the wall, then walked over to him with a sweet smile. :cautious:
She was always like this—now we’re just seeing it without any sugarcoating.
Overall, this is Fujino’s first major project, so of course, there’s room for improvement. But the very fact that his game sparks discussions and emotions proves that he’s doing something right.

Well, that’s another one of those many things happening behind the scenes but never actually shown—just like Sinon being Asuna’s best friend, yet I don’t remember seeing them interact even once.
At least that one is canon-accurate, LMAO, Asuna loves switching Besties to the latest most popular heroine and ditch the previous one just as fast after all :p

Oh! Cool comment. I added mine above with about the same words, having not yet seen yours)
And as for what Asuna was like at the very beginning of the first part, I also agree. I was also amazed by this stuff from the very beginning of the game. It's just that there's a catch. People who are interested in NTR want to see NTR heroines with high morals. No one is interested in the sex of a whore who is ready to sleep with a stranger for a cup of coffee. And is it possible to apply the concept of NTR here in principle? And although it is believed that blackmail and hypnosis are cliches of this genre, the thing is that the plot of NTR with high-moral heroines will not work otherwise. Either very clever moves and a very long step-by-step divorce for sex. And Asuna is one of the few ideal heroines for NTR. And the author is like this - I'm going to have Asuna, she's just a whore at heart))) It's fine in principle, I just would like a more refined dish.

So in canon, with the exception of Alice, the pattern is Kirito picks up a girl and then Asuna plays with her until the next new toy comes along? :ROFLMAO:
Asuna got Yuuki all by herself. Too bad she didn't get to play with her for long.

I'm not even talking about Asuna's canonical personality. Her canonical personality changes already in the first part. After all, Asuna in this game is the author's vision of Fujino. There's not even anything to talk about. I'm just talking about the personality of Asuna that Fujino created for this game. There was a girl with her own dreams and desires, she loved her fiance and what a scum she has turned into now. The closest analogue is as if Asuna had died and some other soul had entered her body (it would have been a good move, during the torture of Sugo, Asuna could not stand it and left the body for another soul. Isekai, damn it.)

Very fast and very unrealistic. Even for a fictional person. Therefore, I realized that I was annoyed by Asuna's personality, not by her actions or deeds, but by her personality. I don't want to empathize with her. Previously, she was a little sorry that she got into the web of Inoda's manipulator like that. But now, I don't know... Rather, it's a pity for Inoda himself, he doesn't even stand on an equal footing with such scum as Asuna in this game.
sometimes it seems to me that certain details are taken from other games, for example, in which game is the cardiac device used?

I get what you’re saying. For a story like this, there needs to be a variety of different situations—like how Inoda protected her from bullies in the first part. And it shouldn’t immediately lead to something as drastic as her showing her breasts, but instead progress gradually over multiple interactions, along with simpler moments that bring them closer.
For example, if they worked together on something, and that dynamic slowly built up their relationship over time. But the challenge is writing such a complex story—it would require a lot of interactions between different characters and their individual arcs. This kind of approach is better suited for a book or a visual novel rather than a game.
Even though we might want that level of depth, not everyone would be willing to wait through multiple updates just to see Asuna show him her breasts for the first time—let alone wait even longer for more significant developments. Most players would get bored reading all the text and eventually drop the game.
And that’s just considering Asuna and Inoda’s storyline. If you add Kirito, explore his character deeply, show the reasons and situations that lead Asuna to distance herself, and then factor in secondary characters like Liz, Sugu, Alice, and Klein and their impact on the story—it becomes overwhelming. For a single developer releasing updates monthly, the story might take so long to wrap up that by the time it’s finished, many players will have started families, and those who already have kids will see them grow up!
It’s like a long-running manga that stretches on for years.

I don’t think we should sympathize with her. If a girl cheated on me and then blamed me for everything, I highly doubt I’d think something like, “Oh… I’m sorry this happened to you. I guess I didn’t give you enough attention and affection. Please forgive me…” :ROFLMAO:

I'm unable to find a fix for the untranslated text issues I'm having, I know that I've fixed it before but I can't find it, anyone know the solution? I've extracted the game with jap encoding and that didn't help, tried playing in jap locale as well. View attachment 4705593

use mtool , it can translate most games

it can also edit variables and stuff

I completely agree. It would be very difficult to implement this in the game. And it's almost impossible for one person. That's why I call all my thoughts about this game "personal quibbles."

Well, you know, she was just helping him—he’s still not very confident in himself. And to her, it’s not even cheating; she was just looking after his health. I mean, what if his balls burst from abstinence? She’s just a kind-hearted girl who wants to help everyone she can!
