(Literally “Triangle Meeting”, as “council” is 議会 and not 会議, but I’m going with the note that says “council”. In Chinese: Triangle Iron Council literally, although it seems 三角铁 is rather a word designating the musical instrument called a triangle (but can apparently also mean an L-beam in construction). This does not seem to line up with the Japanese title, as the musical instrument would be called トライアングル (the English word “triangle” in katakana). I don’t know Chinese, so I’m not sure how to interpret this.)

(This one’s hard (guess I’m not as good at Japanese as I thought (which already was that much to begin with)). “Reire” is apparently a real Japanese name, but the Kanji used to write it are not the ones used in the Chinese version of the name (there are probably other possibilities, but Jisho.org gives 麗嶺, which would’ve been “Liling” in Chinese), suggesting that instead the Japanese is in imitation of the Chinese name. (Best I can tell, reduplicated names like this are far more common in Chinese than it in Japanese anyway.) If this is the case, however, I don’t know why it wasn’t spelled レイレイ in Japanese. All in all, Japanese phonology being what it is, it’s always super hard to reverse engineer what the original form of a name written in kana was supposed to be in order to adapt it correctly to another language.)
