its not ntr game. mc is not in deep connection with the girls. they are fucked by monsters and mc. 1 woman falls in love with mc after he saves her and after that she never fucks anyone besides him. u should try it for the story and art style

All the tiles must be pressed down. I can't really help much besides that since you just gotta play around with it, but make sure all tiles are pressed down like the ones on the right side (a few of them are at least). A bit of advice I can give you is try to complete each row before going down, it was much easier for me when I did that. Hope it helped
